Wall King pre-fabricated panels are used to construct buildings up to 20-stories high. Each project is custom designed in-house by licensed P.Eng engineers.
1. The centre of each light-weight panel is a proprietary mixture of high-grade cement and polystyrene foam beads providing exceptional resistance to fire, vibration, and moisture penetration.
2. Wire mesh or steel re-bar is incorporated to achieve appropriate structural strength and load bearing capacities.
3. Outer panels, or face plates, are processed using a unique fibre-reinforced cement furthering resistance to moisture and heat.
The result is an exceptionally light-weight, exceptionally strong, fully customizable construction system that is easy to transport, store and erect, saving tremendous amounts of time and money.

Certified Fire Resistance
ASTM E119: Temperature 1,700 degrees Celsius | Duration: 3 hours
Exposure to high-pressure water immediately following prolonged fire exposure.
Evaluation: Intertek ETL SEMKO
Registered marginal temperature change on opposing surfaces.
Moisture / Mould Resistant
ASTM E96: Standard test methods for water vapor transmission of materials.
Evaluation: Intertek ETL SEMKO
Registered no detectable moisture penetration through composite.
Thermal Non-Conduction
ASTM C177: Evaluates thermal conductivity (insulative properties).
Evaluation: Intertek ETL SEMKO
Registered low thermal conductivity (high insulation values).

Construction time is substantially reduced with panels produced in a variety of standard lengths, or up to 65 feet long and cut with a diamond tip saw.
Floor panels are standard 6 inches thick in 20 foot lengths and can be produced to accommodate any load bearing requirements.
Individual panels are custom designed with the appropriate steel rebar reinforcements according to intended use and placement.

Wall King panels
are made with a
foam core surrounded
by a light-weight cement,
re-bar meshing and fire-resistant outer panels. The result is a super-tough, fire safe, long lasting, pre-fabricated construction system that saves time, money, and possibly lives!
Wall King panels will
accept any placement
of nails or screws, each capable of bearing up to 75-pound loads, for pictures, wall hangings, shelving, etc.
Panels can be decoratively covered with paint, tiles or a variety of other finishes - no wall boarding, taping or sanding required.
Wall King provides many colours of granite-based paint, easily sprayed or rolled-on, to enhance room decor and
aesthetics.
